| Nowadays,the problem of network security has become increasingly prominent.Foreign hostile forces use the network to "westernize" and "differentiate" our contry.The technology of network attack has been constantly renovated and changed.The online crime has become increasingly rampant,which poses a serious threat to national sovereignty,social stability and civil security.Through the analysis of some cases which Jiangxi public security network security department has investigated in recent years,it still faces and exists in its management,such as insufficient application of laws and regulations,network attack and defense.There are many problems and shortcomings,such as low technical level,lack of professionals,inadequate safety management in the industry,and inadequate publicity for netizens.In order to make up for the shortcomings mentioned above and improve the level of Jiangxi public security network security management,this paper adopts the method of literature research to study the experience and practice of foreign network security management.It is found that the United States,Britain,Japan,India and Korea have their own bright points in legislation,coordination mechanism,technical input and personnel training,which are worth learning from.Therefore,it is proposed that Jiangxi public security network security department should set an example in its duties.We should make every effort to promote the further improvement of laws and regulations,establish a cooperative mechanism for all relevant industries,departments and police to participate in network security management in the whole province,make use of the technical assistance provided by Internet enterprises,strive to build a complex network police force,and strengthen the propaganda and education of netizens in the province,so as to improve the network security of Jiangxi public security organs.Management ability,enhance the province's network security defense ability and management level. |
