Prevention And Control Of Female Violent Crime In The Perspective Of Social Conflict Theory

With the development of social economy,the position of women in social life has undergone an important change.It is not limited to family services,but more and more extensive participation in economic and social development.However,the number and rate of crimes committed by women have also gradually increased.In particular,female violent crimes are of a bad nature and most of them are cruel,causing serious social harm.In this regard,both at the sociological level and from the legal point of view,it should attract sufficient attention and response.After researching and interviewing a large number of cases of female violent criminals in R City Detention Center,the author found that female violent criminals have obvious commonalities in terms of criminal motives,criminal means,etc..In addition,the growing environment and family conditions of such personnel,The education level,personality characteristics and other aspects also reflect certain similarities.This article takes this as an entry point,and through selecting some typical cases and combining the relevant content of social conflict theory as the perspective,we can deeply explore the causes,current situation,and characteristics of female violent crimes.This paper discusses the prevention and control of female violent crime,and puts forward some suggestions based on the author's work experience.The framework of this paper consists of three parts: The first part briefly expounds the basic theory of female violent crime;The second part is to analyze the causes and motives of female violent crime based on the relevant contents of social conflict theory.The third part discusses the feasibility of preventing and controlling the occurrence of female violent crime from the aspects of strengthening the prevention and control inside and outside society,strengthening the orientation of subject values and strengthening social concern.
