Commercial bribery deviates from the basic requirements of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,seriously undermines the honest system of the Party and the state,hinders the process of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,affects the order of the market economy,causes great social harm and hinders the construction of a socialist society ruled by law with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,this kind of crime has become the target of the country's heavy blow and the focus of social attention.Especially since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has intensified the investigation and punishment of commercial bribery crimes.A large number of commercial bribery cases have been detected,and many criminals have fallen into the net.At the same time,it has also put forward a new topic for prisoners how to reform such criminals.Among the complex and diverse types of criminals,commercial bribery criminals are a relatively special group.They have certain economic strength and relatively high level of culture and education.They are good at speculation and ingenuity.They are typical representatives of commercial crimes in the criminal group.Relatively speaking,there are obvious differences between commercial bribery criminals and other violent,lustful and greedy criminals in psychological characteristics,behavioral characteristics,physical fitness,sentence structure,age distribution and education level,and there are more problems and difficulties in the process of reforming such criminals.Based on the new public management theory and the people-oriented management concept,and the doubts and difficulties encountered in the supervision practice,this paper makes statistics on the basic situation and the reform track of commercial bribery criminals in L prison of S province by means of cases,interviews and graphs.Based on the existing reform model and reform situation,this paper makes a Research on the reform process of commercial bribery criminals.We will conduct in-depth research on the various problems that have arisen,and establish and improve the supervision and reform system for commercial bribery criminals.
