Study On Legal Protection Of Mobile Application User Privacy

In the era of smart phones,mobile application stores have emerged as products of the times and brought a lot of convenience to our lives.However,when people enjoy the phone.The convenience brought by the app store is also plagued by privacy violations such as our personal information.This paper aims to study and analyze the legal protection of mobile application user privacy by way of example demonstration,logical deduction and other methods.Through the study of extraterritorial legislation,the summary of the current domestic legislation,and the consideration of the specificity of the mobile application itself,the author believes that the privacy protection of mobile application stores infringing on privacy is constantly facing challenges,but relevant laws in the current relevant laws The provisions on the infringement subject's infringement of users' privacy rights are not perfect enough.First,they are more general;second,they are not reasonable.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically study the legal protection of the privacy of mobile application users.This article consists of three parts,the main contents are as follows:The first part,first of all,outlines the nature of privacy and privacy.Secondly,it summarizes the types of privacy violations of mobile applications.The second part is about the inadequacy of legal protection in China,and combines the relevant laws and regulations of the United States and the European Union to learn the benefits.The third part is to improve the legal system of China and put forward corresponding legal countermeasures.From the formulation of personal information protection law,strengthening government supervision,standardizing mobile phone application service providers,improving industry self-discipline system,and improving personal prevention awareness,Advise on the legal protection of privacy.
