With the development of mobile technology,the number of smart phone users is inc-reasing.In the daily life of people,the role of smart phone is not only the role of traditio-nal cell phone as a communication tool.The strong expansibility of smart phones not on-ly meets the needs of personal information processing in the daily life of the user,but also penetrated into all aspects of people’s life.The existence of a variety of APP meets the ne-eds of people’s daily life,such as social,entertainment,consumption,efficiency,informa-tion acquisition and so on.From the demand level theory,all intelligent applications exist to meet the needs of the user.Maslow needs to divide human needs into five categories,and the current APP is mostly to meet physical needs,security needs,and social needs,the two higher levels of demand for respect and the needs of self fulfillment involve less.According to the existing investigation results of the use of APP for college student group smart phone,almost100% of college students are using mobile APP and the difference e-xists in the APP type and the use behavior of the mobile phone.College students are the fastest people to accept new things.In the daily study and life of college students,the fi-gure of the smart phone is everywhere.Users of college students are very important parts of APP users.Users are always the core objects of mobile Internet companies,software s-ervices and developers,and also the source of benefits for these enterprises.Only when we know the needs of users,we can improve and develop targeted products,and finally get loyal users.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the user satisfaction of smar-tphone APP and the classification of college student users,so as to promote the develop-ent of smart phone APP.Through questionnaire survey method,taking the college studen-ts in Shijiazhuang as the investigation object,analysis of user behavior of university stud-ents based on decision tree algorithm and technical acceptance model.According to the results of the questionnaire,the descriptive statistics of the basic situation of the univers-ity students are given.The correlation analysis and cross list analysis show that there is no relationship between the consumption attitude and the gender.There is the relationship between consumption attitude and APP online length.There is no correlation between the attitude of consumption and the degree of information disclosure.There is no correlation between APP online length and common function selection.Men tend to be more likely to consume in the use of APP and the proportion of people willing to be consumed by An-droid users is higher than other systems.By analyzing the decision tree of APP using the time and consumption attitude in the use process as the root node,the user classification rules are obtained.Based on the technology acceptance model,astructural equation mod-el is established.AMOS software is used to verify the model and a series of assumptions raised by hypothesis tests to prove the modeling.Through analysis,the path coefficient is obtained.The positive effect of perceived ease of use on the willingness to use of college students is not significant in the process of perception.The positive effects of perceived usefulness,perceived quality and perceived pleasure on the willingness to use are signify-cant.The external environmental factors have the greatest impact on the willingness to use.It shows that college students are easily affected by external factors during their use.The degree of satisfaction is higher than loyalty and is positively related to loyalty.Thro-ugh a series of statistical analysis and classifying users.Divide users into entertainment experience users,individual demand users,and environmental impact users.It is propose-d to enhance users’ intention to use advertising promotion and publicity tools,increase d-eveloper or operator visibility,public platform push and share mechanism settings,and g-uide operation mechanism settings and some suggestions on quality development and pr-oduct positioning are put forward.
