In recent years,thanks to the intelligent development of mobile terminals,wemedia has rapidly spread to various fields.Due to the loopholes in current advertising laws and regulations,we-media advertising constantly refreshes the screen.Improving the legal regulation of we-media advertising in China is of great theoretical and practical significance in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,promoting the construction of we-media industry and the development of advertising industry to form a virtuous circle of mutual benefit,and promoting the continuous improvement of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.This paper focuses on the case analysis method,concludes the advertising media anomie situation such as the Flood of false advertisements,the frequent occurrence of unfair competition,fraud advertising vagaries,users' personal information stolen,and the infringement of user privacy rights.Through "proof by contradiction",it reveals seven problems,including loopholes in the applicable objects of the law of media advertising,conflicts between the current advertising law and the principle of "punishment and illegal behavior are compatible",and legal gaps in the regulation of advertorial advertising,and in response to the problems existing in the legal regulation of illegal advertisements,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of China's self-media advertising legal system,and summarize the advanced experience of foreign we-media advertising legal regulation,in order to provide useful reference for further regulating the content standards and publishing mechanisms of the we-media in advertising operations.
