In recent years,“we media”advertisement is favored by all kinds of advertisers due to its low release cost,rich release platform and rapid spread,and the industry of “we media”advertisement has developed rapidly.However,the lack of relevant laws and regulations in China and the lag of legislation lead to many disharmonious and non-standard phenomena in the development process of we media advertising industry,and the rights and interests of consumers cannot be effectively guaranteed.At present,China has not formulated laws and regulations specifically to adjust we media advertising activities,and the industry self-regulatory institutions and corresponding regulatory mechanisms have not been established completely.The absence of relevant laws and regulations and regulatory mechanisms will inevitably affect the healthy development of we media advertising industry.By analyzing the development status quo of China's we media advertising industry and summarizing the successful experience of legal regulation and industry self-discipline of we media advertising outside China,this paper intends to improve the relevant legal regulation of China's we media advertising from the aspects of perfecting relevant legislation,perfecting regulatory system and giving full play to social and industry autonomy,hoping to play a role in promoting the healthy development of we media advertising industry.
