Study On The System Of Public Interest Litigation Brought By Procuratorial Organs

In October 2014,our country proposed to explore the establishment of procuratorate public interest litigation system,In 2015,procuratorial organs started a two-year trial of public interest litigation,and in 2017,the provisions on amending the administrative procedure law formally established the system of procuratorate public interest litigation initiated.At present,the pilot work has been completed,and the public interest litigation is spreading across the country like a prairie fire.Practice has proved that the administrative public interest litigation system has achieved fruitful results in safeguarding social and public interests and promoting the rule of law,but it also meet with some difficults.This paper probes into the relevant theories,feasibility and problems encountered in the implementation of the administrative public interest litigation system initiated by the procuratorial organs,and proposes ways to improve the system in China.
