Our country is a traditional agricultural country,rural population of more than two-thirds of the total population,with the establishment of new China,the implementation of the reform and opening up,China's urbanization level enhances unceasingly,but the gap between urban and rural development is widening,the problem of agriculture,countryside and farmers,seriously affected China's modernization and the process of building a well-off society and harmonious society.Since entering the new century,how to effectively solve the "San Nong" problem has become one of the major problems facing our party,as to rural,agricultural development and farmers' income is one of the important factors,the village of effective supply of public goods is particularly prominent,and in order to achieve effective supply of public goods,it is necessary to give full consideration to the village the villagers to the actual demand for public goods,to understand the current situation of village public goods villagers demand expression,the existence question and so on.Villages in our country,the public goods supply is mainly composed of top-down supply mode,the government department does not pay attention to the villagers demand expression program,to some extent distort the villagers to the actual demand for public goods,and because the public goods supply guidance and evaluation of the subject of pressure,grassroots government inevitable existence and blind pursuit of achievements,which to highlight achievements project caused by the horse,public goods are in urgent need of the villagers are often neglected.Taking Long Keng village,Zhao 'an county as an example,this paper studies the expression of villagers' demand for public goods in villages,and provides a new idea for improving the expression of villagers' demand for public goods.This paper starts with the basic theory of public goods,the integrated use of public choice theory,public management theory and other disciplines theory,the villagers on consulting a large number of village public goods demand expression,on the basis of related literature,the system analysis,qualitative analysis and the method of questionnaire survey method,Zhao 'an county of Long Keng village villagers public goods demand expression of the status quo and existing problems,as well as to the existing problems to conduct a comprehensive,systematic,Analysis of Long Keng village public goods demand in demand expression in the process of villagers express absence of main body,the villagers demand expression object,expression channel is unimpeded,the channels of expression,as well as less time is too long wait for a reason,the Zhao 'an Long Keng village,the villagers problems encountered in the process of public goods demand expression,will can't express myself honestly the real demand.Finally,on the basis of the full text analysis,this paper puts forward four Suggestions to improve the villagers' demand for public goods in Long Keng village of Zhao 'an county.
