With the development of China's market economy and the expansion of the non-public economy,the importance of corporate democratic management is being accepted by more and more people.The system of workers' congresses in our country emerged from the planned economy.After the country's reform of the economic system,it did not promptly adapt to the requirements of the times for a major issue involving the immediate interests of employees.This has led to a great deal of employee congresses.The impact.This cannot be compared with the planned economy era.Whether the employee representative assembly can adapt to the new era environment and play its due role in improving the corporate governance structure,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees,safeguarding social stability,and increasing social democracy and the rule of law,it requires strong legal support.This article starts with the changes in the functions and powers of the Workers' Representative Congress of the Workers' Congress,starts with the discussion,analyzes the issues and challenges faced by the China's Workers' Congress at this stage,and discusses how to perfect this system.This thesis is divided into five parts.Among them,the first part is the introduction,which is mainly about the origin and significance of this topic selection,literature review and research methods of this topic.The second part mainly discusses the problems faced by the staff representative conference in China and the analysis of its causes.This part is mainly demonstrated from an empirical point of view.Data analysis and comparison methods are used.Third part of the theoretical basis of the new establishment of the authority of the Workers' Congress mainly analyzes the theory of economic democracy and the company's social responsibility theory.human resources theory and harmonious labor relations theory.This part is mainly demonstrated from the theoretical point of view,using the contrast method,the theory analysis method,etc.The forth part describes the new construction of the position of authority of the Workers' Congress of the People's Republic of China.It mainly aims to position the Workers' Congress as a full protection mechanism for workers' rights.And supervising agencies,at the same time,redefine the terms of reference of the workers' congress.This part is mainly demonstrated from an empirical point of view,using the methods of charting,data,and contrasting methods.The fifth part is the construction and improvement of the relevant system of the employee representative meeting.Among them,there are mainly four aspects,namely the establishment of a unified employee representative assembly law;the flexible establishment of employee representative assembly;the establishment of the standing committee of the employee representative assembly and the establishment of a relief and supervision mechanism for the employee representative assembly.
