Research On The Construction Of Rural Style Civilization In Huzhu County,Qinghai Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization from the overall situation and strategic height,and further put forward the general requirements of the "two crosses".Rural style civilization is the soul of rural revitalization,which has an important role in promoting the rural revitalization strategy and has gradually become an important focus of scholars.In recent years,The mutual aid counties of Qinghai Province,located in the northwest region,have deeply promoted the construction of rural style civilization,and fully combined with the local ethnic characteristics,and have achieved many construction results,but there are also some deficiencies.People are more and more aware that the construction of rural style civilization is an extremely large and systematic project that requires long-term development.Based on the strategic background of rural revitalization,it is very necessary to study and analyze the strengthening path for the further development of the construction of rural style civilization in Huzhu County,Qinghai Province.Under the guidance of the basic principles of Marxism,this article takes the Marxist concept of civilization,Lenin’s theory of rural cultural construction,and the Chinese Communists’ thinking on the construction of rural civilization as important theoretical basis.Mainly through the literature analysis method,to provide a certain reference for the development of research,through the interview method and questionnaire survey method,on-site visits and surveys,accurately grasp the current situation of the construction of township style civilization in Qinghai Province,study the achievements made by Mutual Aid County in the construction of township style civilization,analyze the problems and causes hindering the in-depth advancement of township style civilization construction,and then clarify the strengthening ideas for the further development of township style civilization construction in Qinghai Province.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the strengthening path of rural civilization in Huzhu County of Qinghai Province is not only based on the current situation,but also a long-term consideration focusing on higher quality development.Through the research,this paper finds that the quality of rural civilization construction in Huzhu County in Qinghai Province is affected by the weak executive power of some grass-roots cadres,the low utilization rate of facilities,the indistinct role of the main body,the old rules and bad habits,and the lack of talents.It puts forward targeted suggestions to strengthen the rural civilization construction in Huzhu county from five aspects: improving the executive power,improving the utilization rate of facilities,giving play to the main volume polarity,continuously promoting the change of customs,and strengthening the talent reserve.
