Research And Implementation Of Road Watching System Based On Police Identification Sign Recognition

With the improvement of living standards and the increase of spending,the volume of expressway traffic is increasing day by day,and ensuring the safety of personnel and goods in the transportation process has become an important link to improve transportation efficiency.During the transportation process,due to sudden weather disasters,vehicle failure or road collapse,the safety of people and goods will be threatened.In response to the above problems,it is key to solve the above problems to obtain assistance immediately after the accident and to inform the surrounding drivers of the details of the accident for avoidance of secondary accidents.Through the applied research of target detection technology and the applied practice of software engineering development method,this paper combines target detection technology with Android technology to train a traffic police target detection model with an accuracy rate of 90.04% and fps of 30,and design a set of solutions that can promptly ask for help and share relevant accident information in real time.Based on this,combined with the needs of navigation and weather inspection of truck drivers during transportation,we can develop a demand that not only meets the daily needs of truck drivers,but also A road viewing system that effectively initiates a help in the event of a serious accident.In order to ensure the high efficiency of the system,this paper introduces the experience value strategy and the background management module to solve the problems of information redundancy,information expiration and inaccurate information in the use of the system.The system test results show that by using the road monitoring system of this paper,not only can various emergency problems in transit be effectively solved,but also the efficiency of road transportation is obviously improved,and the safety of truck drivers and their belongings is guaranteed.
