With the development of cities,it is an inevitable trend to improve the efficiency of urban management.When a city's management development planning level is good,the city's economy is bound to develop rapidly.But in today's social environment,the development of urbanization process has encountered new problems and contradictions.For example,in the process of urban development,urban management and monitoring departments monitor road violations with high human consumption and low efficiency.If in the process of urban supervision,some means can be used to improve the efficiency of monitoring,improve the speed of identifying road violations,and realize the refinement of management methods,then the overall administrative level and guarantee service quality of the city will be further improved.This paper designs and implements the road monitoring system of the urban management law enforcement department.Compared with the traditional monitoring system,this system adds the function of automatic identification of road violations.Specifically,after the image is collected by the hardware,the road illegal event recognition algorithm on the hardware can recognize the road illegal event,and then after the hardware uploads the image and the image information containing the recognition result to the server,the administrator can be targeted according to the recognition result of the hardwareOf road violations,so this system can improve the accuracy and efficiency of road monitoring.The work of this paper mainly includes hardware implementation and software design.The hardware part of the system is mainly responsible for image acquisition,image processing,and image uploading.The image processing algorithm includes median filtering,histogram equalization,and feature extraction.This algorithm can improve image feature clarity,and then extract road illegal event features.Then the hardware uploads the image to the software system.The software system part of the system is responsible for image reception,image storage and image display.The image data transmission adopts the TCP protocol,MySQL is used to store image-related information,and the human-computer interaction interface can facilitate users to manage and view monitoring images.After the road monitoring system is designed,it is very convenient to use.The user logs in on the human-computer interaction interface,and then can view the surveillance video.If the user has administrator rights,the user can enter the information of the image.The information includes the road violations that appear in the video.Because of the hardware recognition of the road violations,the user can check the images in a targeted manner.Therefore,the road monitoring system designed in this paper can reduce the burden of investigating road violations when monitoring video,and has a certain positive significance for the improvement of urban management efficiency.
