Research On The Government's Supervision Function Of Internet Finance

Promoted by Internet technology,China's Internet financial industry has entered the fast lane of development,and its overall scale is larger than that of western countries led by Europe and the United States.Nevertheless,China's regulation of the Internet financial industry is still in its infancy,legislation is not yet perfect,and a sound government regulatory system has not been formed.At this stage,the phenomenon of Internet financial platform companies running with money is prohibited repeatedly.The problem of illegal fund-raising has seriously affected the steady development of the industry,seriously damaged the vital interests of the people,and caused adverse social impact.Our government is currently building a streamlined and efficient service-oriented government,how to supervise the Internet financial industry,how to implement the supervision,how to formulate effective policies,regulate the Internet financial market,guide its healthy and orderly development,and make Internet finance serve the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and how to seek the interests of consumers has become an important issue.The real problems that the former government had to face.At this stage,the research in the field of financial supervision in China is still in the early stage of exploration,while the research in the field of Internet financial supervision is relatively lagging behind.In view of the frequent prohibition of illegal fund-raising cases and loopholes in financial supervision in China at this stage,this paper focuses on the analysis and study of the current situation of Internet financial supervision,points out the problems and shortcomings of relevant government departments in the process of Internet financial supervision,and puts forward pertinent opinions and suggestions.The first part is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the research background and significance of this paper,and analyses the different research ideas and paths of this topic at home and abroad.The second part mainly elaborates the related concepts and basic theories of Internet financial supervision.The third part is an overview of China's Internet financial supervision history,regulatory bodies,regulatory functions and the basic requirements of Internet financial supervision.The fourth part is throughthree cases to analyze the four problems existing in our government's Internet financial supervision: lagging laws and regulations,inconsistent supervision departments,incompatible supervision methods and market development,and inconspicuous guidance role.The fifth part is about how to improve the function of Internet financial supervision by the government,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.
