Study On The Countermeasures Of The Law Enforcement Ability Construction Of The Police In Ningbo In The Era Of "Internet Plus"

To improve the law enforcement ability of the police in the "Internet Plus" era is not only a solution to the law enforcement problem that the people most care about and most expect,but also a major problem in building a legal society.This paper aims at improving the law enforcement ability of police in Ningbo in the "Internet Plus" era,starting with the relevant concepts and theories.This paper analyzed on the relationship between Internets +'s era and the law enforcement ability of the police,and the presented situation and problems of the construction of the law enforcement capacity of the police in Ningbo,putting forward some concrete countermeasures.It provided a decision reference for the construction of law enforcement capacity of police in Ningbo city in the new era,and also made efforts to enrich the theory of law enforcement capacity construction of modern public security police.The first part began with an overview of the law enforcement capability of the police in the "Internet Plus" era,and introduced it in three aspects.Firstly,the connotation of the ability,the concept of the law enforcement ability of the police and the characteristics of the "Internet Plus" era were elaborated in detail and my own opinions were put forward.Secondly,it explained the theoretical basis of this paper: the modernization theory of governance ability and the theory of "Internet Plus";finally,it pointed out that the core modules of the law enforcement ability of the police in the "Internet Plus" eras are learning ability,communication ability,executive ability,innovation ability and adaptability.The second part analyzed the logicality of the "Internet Plus" era and the ability of the police to enforce the law.This paper pointed out the opportunities and challenges faced by the construction of the law enforcement capacity of the police in the "Internet Plus" era,and the necessity of the construction of the law enforcement capacity of the police in the "Internet Plus" era.The third part introduced the current situation and problems of the police law enforcement capacity construction in Ningbo in the "Internet+" era,and affirms the progress made by the Ningbo Public Security Bureau in the construction of the police law enforcement capacity in recent years,but it also pointed out the problems that law enforcement capacity construction still faces,and further summarized the reasons for these problems.In the fourth part,the author put forward the concrete countermeasures to enhance the law enforcement ability of the police in Ningbo in the "Internet Plus" era,aiming at the problems and causes of the law enforcement ability of the police in Ningbo.It is expounded in detail from three levels: perfecting the concept of police law enforcement in the era of Internet Plus,strengthening the mechanism construction of the law enforcement ability of the police in the era of "Internet Plus",and promoting the system construction of the law enforcement ability of the police in the era of "Internet Plus",so as to promote the law enforcement capacity of police in Ningbo.
