Design Of Community Leaders' Cultivation Team

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic system and social system have undergone major changes,and the community has gradually replaced the unit system and has become an important place and space for community governance.China is in a stage of rapid aging,and the number of retired party members has increased year by year.Retired party members are becoming an important force in community governance.How to give full play to the residual heat of retired party members and make full use of their wisdom and experience are issues that cannot be ignored in community governance and construction.Can retired party members play the leading role of vanguard models and mobilize the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in community affairs? What factors exist within the community that affect the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in community building? Taking this as the direction,this article combines retired party members and community leaders under the guidance of asset-based community development model and group dynamics theory,and retired party members become community leaders in the form of group project design.Explore.Through literature research and field research,this paper takes Guangzhou H community as a research point,and analyzes the necessity and cultivation direction of retired party members into community leaders from service buyers,recipients and providers.Comprehensive stakeholders' opinions and suggestions on community leaders' cultivation,through community work of professional groups,training of community leaders in awareness change and ability improvement.Through MY POEWER OF LEADER group design and implementation process,the following three conclusions are drawn: First,the transformation of ideas is the basis for the cultivation of community leaders;secondly,the cultivation of the capacity of community leaders should be comprehensive,with the activity planning as the core and learning the multi-party knowledge.Supporting them to carry out community activities and mobilizing community residents to participate in community affairs.Third,community leadership and nurturing requires the participation of multiple parties in the community and requires multi-party support.Through the evaluation of the project,this paper proves that cultivating retired party members into community leaders is conducive to giving full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members,promoting the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in community governance and construction,enhancing the enthusiasm of community residents to participate,and organizing community residents to discuss together.Address community issues and achieve successful community governance.
