A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Internet Fraud Crime

With the fast development of Internet,Internet has been used widely by the people.All of us have become accustomed to the Internet which changed our way of life and improved our social relationships.However,besides the convenience Internet offered to us,it also provides a new hotbed for criminal activities.Crime,originated from the Internet,is becoming more and more common,and Internet fraud crime is one of the most typical representative,which brings great harm to the society.Although our country have realized this problem,and have taken measures to deal with the crimes,but there are also some shortcomings in legislation and jurisdictional system.This paper intends to improve the relevant laws and regulations to meet the needs of the current crime of Internet and give suggestions to how to get out of the predicament of the ineffective attack.
