The Research On The Participation Of Communist Youth League Organizations In Grassroots Social Governance In N District Of S City

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),with the further implementation of the comprehensive deepening reform strategy,social governance has gradually changed from a single subject to the multi-subject model,which provides the basic political background and theoretical basis for the study of this paper.This paper mainly studies the participation of the Communist Youth League of China in grassroots governance.As the unique organization in China,it is the Chinese communist party's right-hand man and reliable reserve since its establishment.In accordance with the basic requirements of “the Party has a call,the League has the action”,the Communist Youth League organization has long been responsible for the ideological guidance of young people,actively carry out voluntary social public welfare activities,build and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of young people,establish and improve the youth exchange platform and other major responsibilities.In the new era of deepening the reform of the political system,the Communist Youth League organization cannot become a bystander,and should actively participate in the current of reform.It should become the important force in the grassroots governance reform of the society.Taking the N District,S City as the sample,and the Youth League Committee and subordinate league organizations of the N district as the research object,using the methods of literature research,Interview and case study.This paper analyzes the current practices and main problems of the Communist Youth League organization that are participating in grassroots social governance.According to the existing problems,this paper analyzes the causes,and puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions for the Communist Youth League to participate in grassroots governance based on the problems,social governance theory and working practice,such as perfecting the organizational structure,enhancing the governance ability,implementing accurate governance by regions,innovating working methods and effectively integrating resources.This paper innovatively puts forward that the Communist Youth League should take different methods to participate in grassroots social governance in the three areas of rural,urban and village reform communities.The research draws the following conclusions: the Communist Youth League organizations in grassroots governance has a unique way of participation and governance channels;To organize and participate in grassroots social governance,the Communist Youth League needs to exert the political and social functions fully,strengthen the investigation and research,and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of youth work.To participate in community-level social governance,the Communist Youth League needs to take precise measures and adopt different measures according to different regions.It is also necessary to strengthen coordination with other departments and organizations,integrate resources,and form a pattern of collaborative governance.The Communist Youth League constantly explores new methods to adapt to the rapid development of network technology and media technology.To be sure,due to my limited working experience and research ability,the mistakes and imperfections will inevitably occur during the research,and hope for further improvement in the future.
