Research On The Management Of State-owned Assets In Nan'an Court

The state assets of an administrative unit refers to the state(public)property of the administrative unit,which is occupied and used by administrative units at all levels,and is recognized by the state according to law.With the continuous development of the socialist market economy and the continuous investment of public finance,the scale and total of the assets of the administrative units are increasing,and the proportion of the whole state assets is increasing,how to make reasonable and effective use of state assets to ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets is an important work of state owned assets management departments at all levels.Strengthening the management of state assets of administrative units can improve the efficiency of asset utilization,save financial funds,and strengthen the construction of anti-corrosion system.This article,based on the description of the related concepts of state-owned assets and state assets management,on the basis of the practical experience and theoretical study of the existing administrative unit state assets management,takes the Nan'an Court as an example,through consulting,analyzing and sorting out relevant information,and through the field investigation of the Nan'an Court,expounds and divides the status of the assets management in the Nan'an Courts.It is found that the Nan'an Court has the problems of repeated acquisition and lack of sharing mechanism in the acquisition of state-owned assets,there are some problems in use and daily maintenance,such as unclear rights and responsibilities,lack of unified management standards,lack of special positions for asset management,and difficulty in inventory of assets,in the process of asset disposal,there are some problems,too.Such as the management of asset disposal is not strict,and the loss of assets.After sorting out and analyzing these problems existing in the management of state-owned assets in Nan'an Court,we found that these problems are related to the weak awareness of state-owned assets management,the imperfect management system of state-owned assets,and the lag of information technology in state-owned assets management.In this regard,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the state assets management of Nan'an Court: The first is to enhance the awareness of state-owned assets management,the second is to clarify the rights and responsibilities of state-owned assets management,the third is to consolidate the management system of state-owned assets,and the fourth is to promote the information construction of state-owned assets management.Through the above methods,we hope to solve the long-standing drawbacks of the Nan'an Court in the management of state-owned assets,in order to ensure that the state-owned assets of the Nan'an Court in a perfect system guarantee and the efficient operation system run orderly,so as to ensure the smooth development of the trial of the Nan'an Court.At the same time,it provides reference for the management of state-owned assets of other administrative units.
