Juvenile delinquency is a major social issue of public concern.Since social work has been involved in the prosecution of minors,it is extremely important to study juvenile delinquency from the perspective of social work.Adverse childhood experiences mainly study the influence of various adverse childhood experiences on the development of individuals.The study on the influence of adverse childhood experiences on crimes committed by juveniles is conducive to the accurate treatment of juveniles involved in crimes by relevant authorities,as well as the professional help and education provided by social workers,providing scientific basis for the prevention of juveniles involved in crimes from committing crimes again.This study focuses on the occurrence of adverse childhood experiences,drawing on the previous research results of different scholars on adverse childhood experiences and juvenile delinquency.Based on the four basic control keys of social control and the core viewpoints of the theory of differential communication,this study combines quantitative and qualitative methods.106(Including 52 involved crime minors,54 ordinary minors)aged 14 to 18 years old in two administrative regions of CHENGDU were selected for ACE investigation,and 10 of them were interviewed for research.The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the adverse childhood experience of juveniles involved in crimes was significantly higher than that of common juveniles,to find out the special adverse childhood experience,and to investigate the influence path of adverse childhood experience on juvenile delinquency.The results show that the total score of the juvenile delinquent experience in Adverse childhood experiences is significantly higher than that of the ordinary juvenile.Juveniles involved in crimes are significantly higher than ordinary juveniles in emotional abuse,emotional neglect,domestic violence,parents' divorce or separation,criminal record,substance abuse and adverse campus experience,and there is no significant difference between them in physical abuse and mental disorder.The negative family structure was significantly correlated with emotional abuse and neglect and negative campus experiences.Four kinds of bad experiences in childhood,such as abuse,neglect,family dysfunction and bad experiences in school,all have significant influence on crime.Interview found that poor childhood experience emotional neglect,repeatedly turn learn to lead to the family,the school attached to weaken,peer attachment between strengthening,bullying can lead to loss of minors to pursue,then developed into the edge in dropping out of school,basic not to participate in social activities,traditional form the wrong idea,trigger a crime.It is concluded that all kinds of Adverse Childhood Experiences in childhood not only have a profound impact on their crimes,but also play a role in their attitudes towards helping and teaching to correct them and the final effect.The cooperation of family,school and social workers is needed to correct and prevent juvenile delinquency.Under the guidance of the theory of social control,the judicial social work should collect the real and detailed personal information in the social investigation.Increasing the frequency of parent education to rebuild family attachment;Carry out individual cases and group activities in line with the characteristics of the population;Encourage participation in social service activities to enhance social participation;Judicial social workers and prosecutors work together to help form the belief of juveniles involved in crimes.
