Study On The Causes Of The Disputes In Rural Areas And It's Countermeasures

Increasing intensifications of land acquisition conflicts make the voice of the reform of land expropriation system stronger and stronger.Among them,the issue of improving the compensation standards for land expropriation and establishing a long-term safeguard mechanism for landless peasants has become a common concern and consideration for government,experts and scholars.This article through the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the data analysis method and the interview method and so on obtains the data that the paper composes,discusses the solution route of rural land requisition dispute.Based on practice,this paper deeply understands the types,characteristics,causes and influencing factors of rural land acquisition disputes and finds that the disputes over land acquisition in the countryside are always caused by the unbalanced interests between the government,villagers,village committees and developers.This problem,in this paper,the introduction of public product theory is proposed to solve the fuzzy definition of the public interest in the current situation,optimize the allocation of resources for land acquisition.In addition,it is found that the low level of trust between grass-roots government and villagers will also cause land acquisition disputes.It also put forward specific improvement measures for the reasons for land acquisition disputes in L villages.For example,the government must improve compensation mechanisms for land acquisition,improve procedures for land acquisition,standardize government responsibilities,and clear channels for resolving disputes.Finally,summarize the three modes of governance of land expropriation disputes and analyze the chaos of China's current rural land expropriation disputes in light of L's current situation of land expropriation disputes.Proposed macroscopic solutions to rural land requisition disputes:using public platforms to publicize relevant policies and regulations,implement the social security work of villagers affected by land requisition,attach importance to the prevention of land requisition disputes,and optimize the allocation of land requisitioned.
