Research On The Economic Legal Regulation On The Sharing Economy

The sharing economy is an emerging economic model based on the development of internet technology and the content of sharing economy is resource exchange.Benefited from the rapid and instant characteristics of information technology,sharing economy has formed its own distinctive characteristics and unique operation rules compared with traditional economy.Generally speaking,the sharing economy has not fully developed yet,and its regulation methods should be constantly explored.The traditional regulation methods can not adapt to the development of sharing economy,and the emerging regulation methods can not be beneficial to sharing economy.As a new economic model,sharing economy is of great significance to economic development and innovation.The regulation of sharing economy should follow the principles of encouragement,innovation,differentiation and publicity.At the same time,as an important subject of innovation exploration in sharing economy practice,sharing platform should be endowed with certain regulation autonomy.To regulate the sharing economy in the future,the main point shall be the construction of the national regulating system.Meanwhile,the sharing platforms ' self regulation shall be taken as the auxiliary.Based on the practice of the developement of the sharing economy,the economic legal regulation systems that conforms to China's economic and social developement will be built.
