The Influence Of Dongying City's "Women's Entrepreneurship Project" On The Income Of Female Farmers

Since the 18 th National Congress,the party and the government have continuously promoted the work of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” in terms of practice and system,and made certain progress in agricultural development.The development of agriculture-related industries in rural areas is the main method for farmers to get rid of poverty and become the main way to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Farmers' entrepreneurship,as the main means of developing agriculture,has been encouraged by government policies.This paper takes the case of female entrepreneurs in Dongying City,Shandong Province as a case,and uses the propensity score matching method(PSM)to empirically analyze the impact of entrepreneurial projects on female farmers' income from the two dimensions of special assets and proprietary assets.This paper believes that participating in entrepreneurial projects is considered a substantial entrepreneurship,and found during the research process: First,in the dimension of specific asset support,the overall entrepreneurial project has a poor performance in increasing the income of female entrepreneurial members.For example,the project supports entrepreneurial women to engage in auxiliary industry entrepreneurial activities,which has an inhibitory effect on the income of entrepreneurial women.Entrepreneurial female entrepreneurs will reduce their income by about 35,000 compared to those who did not participate in the project.At the same time,entrepreneurial projects support entrepreneurial women in agricultural production,which is about 85,000 yuan more than non-agricultural income.Second,in the dimension of proprietary asset support,the average annual income of entrepreneurial women participating in entrepreneurial projects with strong social communication ability will increase by about 27,000 yuan;the entrepreneurial women with high education level will participate in entrepreneurial projects to increase income by about 320,000 yuan;The average annual income of non-party members fell by about 45,000 yuan.The results show that,first,the return on the support of proprietary assets of entrepreneurial projects is much higher than that of specialized assets,and ruralentrepreneurs returning to agricultural entrepreneurship projects can bring higher input-output ratios.Second,the age of entrepreneurial women also has an important impact on the performance of entrepreneurial projects.The entrepreneurial performance of low-age entrepreneurial women's proprietary capital projects is significantly higher than that of high-age entrepreneurs.The results show that,first,the return on the support of proprietary assets of entrepreneurial projects is much higher than that of specialized assets,and rural entrepreneurs returning to agricultural entrepreneurship projects can bring higher input-output ratios.Second,in terms of financial project support,the government's direct financial subsidies have a poor performance for entrepreneurial women,and the use of bank borrowing capital is conducive to improving the overall income of entrepreneurial women.Third,the age of entrepreneurial women also has an important impact on the performance of entrepreneurial projects.The entrepreneurial performance of low-age entrepreneurial women's proprietary capital projects is significantly higher than that of high-age entrepreneurs.The policy implications of this paper on poverty alleviation in government projects are: First,for rural women entrepreneurship,government support projects should be more biased towards agricultural projects,and increase support for entrepreneurial women's proprietary capital dimension.Second,the empirical research results of entrepreneurial women's proprietary capital are of great significance for the government to effectively screen entrepreneurial women.The government should choose entrepreneurial women with low age,high education and strong socialization to give priority support.Third,judging from the research results of this paper,the government should favor non-party entrepreneurs through the perspective of increasing income from peasant entrepreneurship and poverty alleviation.
