With the intensification of the concept of "Internet +",the Internet has gradually integrated into the social life,and charitable public welfare has also been included among them.The Internet has been used as a platform to carry out online public welfare projects and activities.The concept of public welfare has come out.It paved the way for the development of micro-public welfare.This paper grasps the current hotspots of the current micro-public welfare scandal.Starting from the research interest,it chooses the S University micro-donation platform as a research platform for the public welfare platform,and adopts the case study method and observation and interview method in the S university micro-donation platform.Conduct research and data collection.After deep observation and interviews of S University's micro-donation platform,it was found that the existing problems of the micro-donation platform are concentrated in the platform team construction and project operation.In the management of the platform team,the individual members' job burnout is more obvious,the platform work atmosphere is more dignified,and the team member turnover rate is higher;while the platform project operation problem is reflected in the project service content and form simplification and the supervision mechanism is not Sound and imperfect.In order to propose more practical and effective solutions and suggestions,this paper combines the social work empowerment theory to re-examine the existing problems of S University micro-donation platform,and proposes solutions from the individual level,interpersonal relationship level and social level.On a personal level,we actively pay attention to the psychological and spiritual state of the members of the micro-donation platform team,and improve their salary and external self-worth from the outside,and promote the inner potential and motivation of the members,and activate their enthusiasm and motivation;On the interpersonal level,managers coordinate the internal and external interpersonal relationships of the platform team,provide training and learning opportunities for members,enhance team cohesion,create a benign and friendly working atmosphere to enhance team work efficiency;on the social level,attach importance to platform projects.Facing the promotion work within and outside the school,coordinating and handling the cooperation relationship among the stakeholders involved in the platform project,improving the project management mechanism,improving the platform supervision mechanism,increasing the transparency of the project and the credibility of the platform,from the inside to the outside Inject vitality and motivation.At the end of the article,the whole research process is reflected,and the shortcomings and enlightenment of the research are put forward.In view of the fact that this paper is based on the S University micro-donation platform as a case study,there are significant limitations in whether the research object has complete typicality and representativeness and the treatment of ethical dilemmas in data collection.However,most of the researches in the field of micro-public welfare are carried out from a macro perspective.The method of case study by S University micro-donation platform also provides reference and ideas for the research of micro-public welfare in colleges and universities.
