With the continuous development of China's socio-economic level,China's public welfare undertakings are also in full swing, especially with the popularity of mobile networks in recent years, the new public welfare model of micro public welfare has also entered the public's sight.College students,as in-depth users of the Internet, are the most potential participants in micro-public welfare in the Internet age.College students are full of enthusiasm for public welfare, which is a key force for the development of China's public welfare in the future. On the basis of summarizing the existing literature research, this paper takes university students in some universities in Shandong province as the survey object, researches the micro-public behavior of college students, and proposes measures to motivate the micro-public behavior of college students.Through combing the literature and interviewing some of the interviewees, the author independently designed and distributed questionnaires, and sampled them at Ocean University of China,Shandong University of Technology and Dongying Vocational College.A total of 310 questionnaires were collected. The questionnaire as a whole is divided into four parts: one is college students 'perception of micro-public welfare;the second is the current status of college students' participation in micro-public welfare;the third is the measurement of influencing factors;the fourth is the survey of basic conditions.Count the frequency of the questionnaire data to understand the status of college students 'understanding of the forms of participation in micro-public welfare,micro-public welfare platforms, and channels for obtaining micro-public welfare;grasp the current status of the number of university students' participation, the amount of donations, and the channels of participation. The study found that college students' micro-public welfare behaviors have the characteristics of incomplete cognition, diverse forms of participation, obvious altruism, small donations, and more concern about the consequences of participation. This study takes college students 'micro-public welfare behavior as the dependent variable, and divides the influencing factors of college students' public welfare behavior into six categories: demographic characteristics,micro-philanthropy ideas, the promotion and encouragement of family and friends, school micro-public welfare atmosphere,micro-public welfare promotion, and trust In terms of,and through SPSS17.0 software, independent sample t test, mean comparison, single factor analysis of variance,chi-square test, regression analysis, comprehensive analysis, and the results are obtained: gender, grade, and religious belief have no significant impact on college students 'micro-public welfare behaviors. However, there are significant differences in the behavior of micro-public welfare among college students with different political appearances and monthly living expenses.Among the micro-public welfare concept factors, college students generally believe that it is meaningful to participate in micro-public welfare. Therefore, the corresponding probability P value is greater than 0.05.The other relatives and friends ' The corresponding values ??of the micro-public welfare atmosphere,micro-public welfare publicity, and micro-public trust factors of the school are all less than 0.05,and thecomprehensive analysis results of the latent variables after calculation are also all significantly affected.Significantly affected.Based on this, the author proposes incentive measures to promote micro-public welfare behaviors of college students, specifically summarized as: cultivating micro-public welfare awareness, setting up micro-public welfare education, creating micro-public welfare atmosphere, strengthening micro-public welfare publicity, and enhancing micro-public welfare trust.
