Research On Legal Regulation Of Personal Privacy In Face Recognition System

For a long time,the importance of society and law is the bottom line that people firmly believe in and adhere to.The concept of law as the source of social order has long influenced the thinking and action of individuals.With the rapid development of the Internet world,face recognition system is an important resource of the times.Internet legislation is a response to the development and change of the virtual society on the internet.It is also a symbol of law as a criterion to regulate and guide the change of the virtual society.The Internet world is complex and unpredictable.Face recognition system,on the one hand,as a product of the Internet era,on the other hand,because of its particularity,has become an important information resource to promote the development and progress of the Internet.Because of its virtuality,diversity and concealment,the current Internet society is difficult to understand.There are always various phenomena of making profits or committing crimes by exploiting Internet vulnerabilities.The leakage of personal information,the spread of various types of information in the Internet world,network fraud,personality infringement and other acts make the individuals who are more and more closely connected with the Internet society tire of them.Nowadays,people are more and more eager for the universal legal rules and benign operation order of the Internet.This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter introduces the basic content of legal protection of face recognition system: Face recognition system is the product of the current information age,which is closely related to big data system.However,due to the complexity of the Internet world,facerecognition system brings convenience to the government,enterprises,various scientific research institutions and individuals,while there is always a face recognition relationship.The problem of the abuse of personal encoding in large Internet databases by illegal elements has brought about infringement on personal rights and interests.The legal regulation of face recognition system can be understood as the protection of personal private information in the Internet society.Chapter 2 introduces the legal status of face recognition system from three aspects: rationality,legitimacy,legitimacy and feasibility of administrative supervision of personal information protection.As the main body closely related to personal private information files collected under big data system and various platforms and institutions on the Internet,administrative organs play an important role in the content of personal privacy protection on the Internet.Chapter 3 introduces the investigation of legal regulation in foreign countries.The leading countries in big data research formulate national strategic plans to promote the research and development of big data technology in accordance with their own political,economic,cultural and rule of law characteristics.The division of labor and cooperation of various management and executing agencies and research institutions ensure the operation of big data and the protection of personal privacy,as well as conformity to each other.big data policy for networking change.Chapter 4discusses the legal regulation of Face Recognition System from four aspects:advocating pilot legislation,improving the regulatory content of administrative system,attaching importance to cross-border cooperation of personal information protection,enhancing the ability of government information supervision and protection technology,including enhancing the awareness of public servants,institutions and personal privacy information protection.
