Analysis On The Operation Efficiency Of Nursing Homes In Baotou

According to relevant surveys,by the end of 2017,there were 486,500 registered residents over the age of 60 in baotou,accounting for 21.9% of the total registered population,higher than the national average.It can be seen that the pension problem of the elderly population in baotou city is becoming more and more prominent,and the development of pension institutions is urgent.At the same time,pension institutions not only need to constantly standardize their own organizational structure,but also need more efficient development.As a multi-ethnic residential area,baotou city has different cultures and customs.Through research,this paper finds out the factors affecting the operation efficiency of pension institutions in baotou city,finds out the weak links,and proposes corresponding improvement plans.First of all,after searching and researching relevant literature to determine the research content,this paper developed a research method for the operational efficiency of pension institutions in baotou city.Secondly,dea-tobit two-stage model is selected for analysis.Meanwhile,input,output and influencing factor indexes are determined to construct the operation framework of pension institutions in baotou city.Finally,Deap2.1 and Evievs8 software were used to calculate and analyze the results quantitatively,and the countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of pension institutions in baotou city were given.The research results show that: first,through the survey data of baotou pension service institutions,the DEA model is used to calculate the management level of most pension service institutions is relatively high,and there is no significant difference.At the same time,it is concluded that improving the utilization rate of fixed assets and optimizing the allocation of resources have become the main direction of improving the efficiency of baotou pension institutions.Second,the overall operating efficiency of small and large institutions is slightly inferior to that of medium-sized institutions.Afterpension institutions reach the optimal size,even if the scale investment efficiency increases,it will decrease.Thirdly,regression analysis shows that whether there is medical service or accompanied medical treatment has a significant impact on the operational efficiency of pension institutions in baotou city,and the impact is positive.Whether there is single room or not has no significant relationship with the improvement of its operation efficiency.On the contrary,the factor of fitness facilities has a negative correlation with its operating efficiency.Although this study has been improved and innovated on the basis of summarizing the current domestic and foreign scholars,there are still some deficiencies that need to be improved in the future.
