With China's economic development entering a new normal stage, the people's demands for the transformation of government functions are increasing day by day.PPP mode is an effective means to cope with this trend. With the government vigorously promoting the application of PPP model in the field of engineering infrastructure construction and public service, the advantages and disadvantages of PPP model in practical application are increasingly obvious. This paper evaluates and studies the legal risks arising from the actual application of PPP project in China, and constantly improves the application of PPP project model in China. This paper identifies and analyses the legal risks arising from the practice of PPP projects in China, establishes the legal risk evaluation model of PPP projects by combining qualitative and quantitative methods, and systematically analyses the legal risks and their impact on the realization of project objectives in the whole implementation process of PPP projects, using the theory of AHP and Fuzzy Mathematics.Combining with practical cases, the legal risk of PPP project mode in China is evaluated and analyzed. Finally, the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of various legal risk factors, and puts forward the legal risk prevention and response measures of PPP project according to the evaluation results. This combination of qualitative and quantitative methods makes it easy to judge the relative importance of objectives, and makes the legal risk assessment results of PPP project in practical application clear and intuitive. It is hoped that this will provide a reference for the legal risk management in the application of PPP project model in China.Figure 3;Table 12;Reference 48...
