In the rescue process of some major urban accidents,it is necessary for the fire protection industry to be equipped with the advanced information equipment.Information equipment can make the rescue work more effective and more convenient,so it is necessary to build an advanced emergency communication system.In this paper,according to the relevant knowledge of project risk management,in the city of G fire city major accident rescue emergency communication system project as an example,it is discussed the several steps of project risk management,such as risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.In the stage of risk identification,relevant experts in various fields are invited to preliminarily identify project risks by using brainstorming method and expert investigation method.In the risk assessment stage,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to construct the risk hierarchy model,and the risk factors are evaluated to finally evaluate the comprehensive importance of the risk factors in the project.In the risk response stage,four risk control strategies including risk aversion,risk transfer,risk reduction and risk acceptance are adopted to analyze the risk response of each risk factor one by one,which provides effective theoretical support for promoting the emergency communication system project of fire rescue in G city and provides certain reference for other similar emergency communication projects. |
