Research On The Solution Path Of Police-Media Conflict

The rapid development of "Internet +" technology and the continuous improvement of public awareness of law make it easier for the public to supervise administrative actions by means of the Internet.In this context,on the one hand,in view of the dual special functions of public security organs,such as administrative and judicial functions,the exercise of public security powers is related to the vital interests of citizens,such as personal property,public media will inevitably focus more on the law enforcement behavior of public security organs.On the other hand,the rapid development of Internet platform in the process of virtual space,rapid dissemination,real-name loopholes and other issues,resulting in a lot of negative and false public opinion,coupled with some public security organs in dealing with network public opinion in the presence of flaws or improper behavior,leading to such events as Shenzhen "journalists handcuffed" incident,Guangzhou "G4" incident,Shenzhen "Liutang Police Station" investigation.” Incidents and other police crisis incidents occur in succession,seriously undermining the law enforcement authority of public security organs,seriously affecting the overall image and credibility of public security departments.This paper takes police media conflict as the research object.On the basis of literature research and case analysis,taking Shenzhen "journalists were handcuffed",Guangzhou "G4" and Shenzhen "Liutang police station investigation" as examples,it deeply analyses the current situation of police media conflict: the media relying on the rapid development of the Internet,has been divided into traditional media,news client and self-service.Media and other forms lead to police-related public opinion difficult to guard against,difficult to cover up,difficult to cool down,and the difficulty of handling increases sharply.Although the public security organs deal with police-related public opinion more and more standardized,there are still problems such as ignoring social effects,information transmission is not timely,not comprehensive leading to the delaying of fighter planes,ignoring the law of communication,and not abiding by propaganda and discipline,which lead to frequent conflicts between police and media.Then the deep-seated reasons behind it are analyzed: firstly,the two sides have different standpoints on the handling of incidents;secondly,the two sides of the police and media sometimes cross the border and cause conflicts;thirdly,the ability of the public security organs to deal with the media is insufficient;fourthly,the requirements of media access to information and the degree of public security propaganda do not match.Finally,combined with the author's own experience in public security work,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects: enhancing public opinion response consciousness,guiding the media to establish correct value orientation,improving the comprehensive quality of police law enforcement,strengthening internal supervision of public security organs,caring for and caring for the police to enhance their sense of professional honor,compacting the leadership responsibility of public security,innovating propaganda mode by means of information technology,and building the dialogue mechanism between police and media.The specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The research results are expected to provide reference for promoting public security organs to better deal with negative police-related public opinion,scientifically handle the relationship between police and media,and further enhance the authority and credibility of public security law enforcement.
