Research On The Response Of Police Related Network Public Opinion Of D City Public Security Organs In We Media Era

The rapid development of Internet and mobile communication technology has brought great changes to our lives.With the gradual popularity of smart phones,the proportion of mobile Internet users in total Internet users has gradually increased.The development of network technology and the popularity of smart phones have also given birth to the emergence of self-media platforms.Not only the initial WeChat and Weibo continue to maintain high user activity,but the recently born Douyin,Kuaishou,Bilibili and Xiaohongshu is also loved by netizens.We-media platforms have the characteristics of freedom of speech and strong dissemination.Netizens can express their own opinions on we-media platforms.This"freedom" has aggravated the difficulty of social public opinion control and made the form of public opinion we face more severe.The public security organs have the dual functions of serving the people and fighting crimes.They have always been on the cusp of public opinion among government departments.If the police-related network public opinion is not strictly controlled,it will seriously affect the public security organs’image and law enforcement credibility.Based on this,this paper studies the current situation of police-related network public opinion.This article is divided into five parts to elaborate.The first part is the introduction of the research,which mainly explains the background of the current research and the significance of the research.Master the basic theoretical framework of the research through the analysis and study of the literature.The second part mainly explains related concepts and the theoretical basis of research.With the rapid development of network technology,the concepts of self-media,network public opinion,police-related network public opinion,and network public opinion crisis need to be sorted out clearly,and related research needs an agenda.Set up theory and crisis management 4R theory as theoretical support.The third part is to analyze the current situation of the police-related network public opinion of the public security organs of D city,understand the current measures taken by the public security organs of the city D to respond to the police-related network public opinion,and summarize the problems and the causes of the problems.The fourth part is to draw lessons from the successful experience of relevant urban public security agencies in responding to police-related online public opinion,and learn from the good results of public security agencies in Dazhou of Sichuan,Pudong of Shanghai,and Hebei District of Tianjin in responding to online public opinions.The fifth part is to put forward the strategy of D city public security organs in dealing with the police-related network public opinion.Based on the previous analysis of the status quo of the police-related online public opinion of the public security organs in City D and the summary of the reasons,and learning from the experience gained by the public security organs of other cities,the strategy of the public security organs in D city to respond to the police-related online public opinion is proposed.The concept of police-related network public opinion;build an effective police-related network public opinion crisis response mechanism;strengthen the internal construction of public security;strengthen the construction of police public relations.The police-related network public opinion response work is a long-term work,and its content changes with the changes of the times,the development of the media,the changes in interaction methods,and the changes in the social environment.Public security organs need to continuously strengthen learning and improve their own skills to deal with emergencies involving police online public opinion.
