In 1939,the Egyptian Judges Club was first established in Cairo. It was originally composed of 59 judges and prosecutors. Its original intention was only used as a platform for the exchange of legal communities. When the national governance model of the Nasser authorities was inconsistent with the constitutional concept of the judges club,It began to evolve into a more political organization. In the next few decades, the Egyptian Judges Club developed in the era of Sadat's multi-party attemptation, rose in the time of Mubarak's limited democracy and gradually grew into an important force that influenced the political situation in Egypt during the political transition period after the 1·25 Revolution.Looking back at Egypt after the "Jasmine Revolution",religious forces and secular forces are sharply contradictory, the political situation is ups and downs, the two presidents have been overthrown, the two constitutions have been abolished, three constitutional statements have been issued, two new constitutions have been formulated, and its ups and downs of the constitutional development process are closely related to the influence of the judges club.On the one hand, based on the text, the Egyptian judges' group is taken as a research perspective, with the draft of the judicial body law draft promoted by the judges club for many years as the central clue,From the five aspects of legal status, access qualification, membership, membership obligations and the selection of the board of directors, the basic outlines of the organization of the judges' clubs are outlined and in order to show the specific situation and real situation of the operation of the non-official judicial group organizations in the typical countries of the Middle East from the perspective of judges. On the other hand, the Egyptian Judges Club supervises the elections, unifies the judicial system,Maintaining the independence of the judiciary and defending the rights of citizens. Many judicial precedents also affect the development of Egyptian justice and show the actual operation of Egyptian justice. In addition, the“mixed court”in the history of Egypt has immersed Egyptian judges in the classical liberal tradition,it regarded as spiritual core of the judges club. The judges club has a profound and far-reaching effects toward Egyptian authoritarian regimes, constitutional value orientation, choice of judicial ideas and citizen political participation. In the history of constitutional development in Egypt, the judges club has two sides, both changers and conservatives.
