Study On Ideological And Political Education Of Youth In Xi Jin Ping's New Era

Attaching great importance to youth ideological and political education is a secret weapon for our Party to lead the broad masses of the people to achieve victory in revolution,construction and reform.Attaching importance to the position and role of youth has always been our Party's fine tradition.Under the background of social development in the new era,Xi Jinping raised the social value of youth to an unprecedented high.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,Xi Jinping clearly expounded that the growth and development of youth in the new era is related to the future and destiny of the country and the nation.Under the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,Xi Jinping put forward a series of new ideas,new judgments and new requirements for the growth of young people in accordance with the new situation and new challenges facing the social development of the new era on the basis of teaching and educating people in accordance with the law of the development of young people's talents,and formed the theory of Ideological and political education for young people in the new era with the strategy of the times.The purpose of this paper is to analyze Xi Jinping's value of the times and excavate its content system,so as to make a positive contribution to the establishment of his theoretical system.Firstly,this paper briefly summarizes the research background at home and abroad and the basic research stat us of Xi Jinping's theory in academic circles.Finally,it concludes that scholars lack in-depth discussion of Xi Jinping's theory in the context of the development of the new era.Secondly,this paper studies the theoretical origin and realistic demands of Xi Jinping's theory formation,and explores the great influence of Marxism,Chinese Communists and Chinese traditional culture on Xi Jinping,as well as the impact of the new challenges of international environmental change and the new requirements of social development in the new era on the development of young people's talents.Thirdly,the content system of Xi Jinping's theory is the focus of this study and the greatest innovation of this paper.Based on a series of speeches delivered by Xi Jinping around young people and many speeches delivered by Xi Jinping at universities at home and abroad,the author explores the basic principles,basic contents and practical paths of Xi Jinping's theory.Finally,this paper explores the value of Xi Jinping's theory,mainly from the perspective of developing new theories,opening up new realms,expanding new ideas to study its theoretical significance,and from the perspective of guiding young people to become talented,leading youth movement and cultivating youth culture to explore the practical significance.
