With the sustained and rapid development of China's economic construction,as well as the level of industrialization,urbanization and economic globalization;natural disasters,accident disasters,public health events,social security incidents and other related events frequently occur.These emergencies not only seriously threaten the lives and property of the people,but also have a huge impact on the security and stability of the society and the steady development of the economy.As an effective means of responding to emergencies,the emergency plan occupies an important position in emergency management.However,the current emergency plan is mainly stored in text form.This unstructured storage exposes many problems during the actual emergency rescue process.For example,the presentation of the content is not straightforward;the inquiry,use and modification of the plan are not convenient enough;and the efficiency of obtaining effective information is low.These problems have hindered decision makers from making scientific and accurate decisions in a timely manner,which has constrained the effective implementation of emergency rescue operations.With the development of information technology,an effective solution to the above problems is to comprehensively apply scientific methods such as computer technology and network technology to the research and use of emergency plans,and digitally express the emergency plans.The method introduced in this study is to extract the key elements in the emergency plan text to realize the digitization of the emergency plan,by using the flow chart modeling method automatically generate the flow chart through certain rules and algorithms.This study proposes a rule-driven emergency plan process modeling method.The method takes the emergency plan text rule as input,can automatically convert the text type emergency plan into a computer-recognizable digital emergency plan,and quickly generate a flow chart,which is an automatic method for emergency plan.Firstly,this study selects a fire emergency case of a certain enterprise,uses the word bag model to automatically extract the rules required for modeling from the text of the plan.Using natural language to process the word segmentation,label the part of speech,and dependency syntax analysis technique to segment the rules,label and discover the dependencies between words to construct a correspondence between text processing results and process elements.At the same time,the word2 vec algorithm model of word vector technology is introduced for the problem of inconsistent expressions of words in the same semantics in the emergency plan text.Secondly,this study proposes a rule-driven process modeling method.By introducing and demonstrating the specific implementation steps of the task view,the main view and the resource view,a flow chart drawing algorithm of the three views is proposed to realize the automation of the flow chart modeling.For the unreasonable structure of the flow chart generated by the task view,the data view and the resource view,the structural constraints are proposed to optimize the model according to the grammar.At last,a visualization of the emergency plan flow chart is realized to provide technical support for emergency decision makers.Finally,this study takes the “Elevator Accident Emergency Plan” as an example to illustrate the specific application of the rule-driven emergency plan process modeling method,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
