Research On Community Service Management Of Rencheng District Of Jining

With the process of urbanization and the shantytowns transformation,Ren Cheng district,as the center city of Ji Ning,improves its construction land area and new high-rise residential community.The population here increases sharply and the intense of the population keeps growing.At the same time,most worker dormitory area that is in charge of life service by the unit formerly,also separate from the former unit and the life service requirement of former unit worker is pushed to the society.Urban residents' needs,such as the social security,social assistance,public health,culture and sports,community rectification,community education and the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly,the disabled,the juveniles and the floating population,which are caused by various factors,need to be undertaken by the community.In addition,with the increasing diversification,complexity and deepening of residents' requirements for community service,higher requirements have been put forward for community service management.The thesis,taking Ji Ning Ren Cheng as the research object,based on the definition of community,management of community service and so on,will introduce the main measures and results in the management of community service of Ren Cheng district,including grid management,residents' petition,building autonomy,diversification participation and so on.Besides,from such perspectives as the role of government in community service management,residents participation,resources integration and utilization of all kinds of community service,community service management and talents construction,financing guarantee,the construction and management of community service and so on,the thesis will look for the questions and analyze such reasons in depth.Drawing lessons from advanced experience at home and abroad,and combining the reality of Ren Cheng,the thesis will provide suggestions for Ren Cheng to engage in community service management,which conclude giving play to the role of government function scientifically,supporting multiple services supply subject,strengthening the construction of talent team and funding and enhancing the level of service management for the construction of hardware facilities management.
