| With the constantly improvement of the development level of the city and countryside, the sustained increasing of minority floating population, The research on the management of city multi-ethnic community in national scattered regions has become an important research topic of Marx theory of nationalism, the reason mainly has three points:one is formed with the ethnic floating people leave home to settle down in the city and city multi-ethnic community is special for its ethnic composition is diversification;the second is some ethnic tensions and ethnic rights can not be guaranteed many in city multi-ethnic community of national scattered regions ethnic areas; finally, the individual scattered region management service level can not adapt to the social development of the the harmonious development of ethnic relations is also a great impact.This paper takes the management and services of Caomen community of Shun He district of Kai Feng city of He Nan province for the case and discuss the city multi-ethnic community in ethnic relations and community management.The study starting from the analysis of the status quo of the level of management and service in multi-ethnic community,explores existing problems in the management of the multi-ethnic community and puts forward some counter measures and suggestions. This paper is divided into the introduction and four chapters.The introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper; the first chapter introduces the theoretical basis of multi ethnic community management reform and practical conditions; the second chapter mainly discusses the management status quo and problems of CaoMen community; the third chapter mainly talks about five major factors affecting the community management reform; the fourth chapter is the analysis of the above sections of the proposed solution counter measures. Based on this research, not only conducive to the adjustment of the national community ethnic relationships, give full play to the role of community management in city ethnic relations, at the same time for the Urban ethnic work provides some theoretical and realistic basis. |
