Research On The Protection Of Broadcasting Organizational Rights In The Age Of Media Integration

Since the founding of New China,radio and television has become one of the most convenient channels for Chinese citizens to obtain information,culture and entertainment.However,with the continuous development of the whole media,information data is ubiquitous and ubiquitous,which has led to profound changes in the social public opinion ecology,media pattern and mode of communication.While bringing a series of opportunities,it inevitably leads to the continuous increase and renovation of infringement forms of traditional broadcasting organizations.In order to consolidate the important position of radio and television industry as our ideological and cultural position and ideological propaganda position,it is necessary to promote the further development of media integration on the basis of specific national conditions and realistic needs,learn from advanced experience,protect the legitimate rights and interests of broadcasting organizations,balance the interests of all parties and make comprehensive use of the achievements of the information revolution.Starting with the emergence and development of broadcasting technology,this paper introduces the current situation and realistic needs of broadcasting organizations,and draws a conclusion that the elements of broadcasting organization rights need to be expanded reasonably in the era of media convergence.Specific expansion paths are as follows: on the premise of balancing the interests of old and new broadcasting organizations,broadcasting organizations and the public,we should adopt different means of protection in stages to deal with whether the network broadcasting organizations should be included in the scope of the main body,that is,at the present stage,we should not give legislative protection,and in the era of highly integrated media,when the development of China's network industry is at a mature stage,we should consider clarifying its main body of law.Bit;temporarily define the object of broadcasting organization right as "program signal" and protect the signal before broadcasting,and consider the feasibility of information flow as the object;in terms of right content,four new rights are added:distribution right,replay right,the right to disseminate to the public and the right to provide recorded broadcasting programs.
