Research On The Configuration Of The Medical Facilities For Elderly Of Rural Community

With the country's family planning policy implementation and urbanization rapid development,the problem of empty-nested phenomenon and rural hollowing become more serious,the function of family supporting for the aged is weakening.Additionally,traditional family concept,in particular old-age support patterns and low economic development of China's rural society will not be enough to make the social supporting model replace the family one.Therefore,As a new idea to solve the retirement problem,the mainly home-based care service and supplemented by community nursing service supporting model gradually became the future develop tendency of rural old-age care in China.Owing to the restriction of rural economic development,the endowment facilities in rural areas are not complete.The rural aging problem is still striking because of rural Xingfu elderly care center,nursing home and other community endowment facilities are in short supply.Because of the elderly on medical demand than other age groups is much higher,and increasing year by year,which makes the rural areas condition that lacking of enough overall elderly primary care service resources configuration has become apparent.In such a case,how to rationalize the spatial layout of community elderly health care facilities scientifically and not only to achieve the equalization of the allocation of public resources is of great significance,but also to enrich the rural endowment facilities system is of crucial importance.This thesis studies on the spatial allocation of Randian community's elderly medical facilities based on GIS.First,the author analyze the current situation of the medical facilities collocation and needs using the quantitative data analysis,combined with qualitative analysis,based on the GIS technology.Then the thesis conduct detail research on the spatial configuration,as aged population serviced by the Randian community's health care facilities,the situation of aged population and matching health care facilities and facilities accessibility,finally adopting the geographic information visualization mapping methods to express the results of the analysis work.Then,according to the above analysis,the author makes some improvement suggestions on the spatial configuration based on the largest market share method of the Location allocation model in Arc GIS.At last,the author makes the summary and prospect of this paper.According to the research of this paper,the thesis summarizes some improvement principles of the rural elderly medical facilities spatial configuration and look into the future of the rural elderly medical facilities spatial configuration planning and design.
