Study On Elderly Care Management Of Elderly Care Centers In Qingdao

The number of elderly people in China is large and the process of aging is fast.How to allow elderly people to live in their old age has become a major issue facing our government and society.In the process of continuously exploring and resolving the issue of old-age care in China,day care centers for the elderly have emerged as a means of giving consideration to the advantages of old-age care in traditional Chinese families and socialized institutions.However,compared to developed countries and advanced regions,there are many deficiencies in external management or internal management.Based on a comparative study of day care centers for the elderly at home and abroad,this paper uses the theory of the elderly,elderly community care centers,elderly day care centers,and other related theories,through literature research,questionnaire surveys and interviews and other research methods conducted case studies on the day care centers for the elderly in Qingdao.After combing and analyzing the development status and existing problems of the day care centert in Qingdao,this paper proposes to build a multi-agent participation management system and improve personnel management from the macro level of external management and the micro level of internal managementconstructed 6improvement measures and suggestion.It is hoped that this will provide reference for the further study of the development and management of day care centers for the elderly in the theoretical and practical fields in the future.
