Research On Legal Risks Of Chinese Enterprises' Overseas Investment Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

In the process of "one belt and one road" initiative,due to the large number of countries along the "one belt and one road",different policies and legal environment,and different levels of economic development,the differences in the legal system between China and other countries along the way will inevitably cause Chinese enterprises to face more complex investment legal risks in the investment process.? From the perspective of international economic law,we explore the risks that Chinese enterprises are faced with when investing in the countries along the belt and road.Based on a careful and reasonable understanding of these risks,we investigate and study how to prevent these legal risks so that our enterprises can understand how to establish a sound legal risk prevention.Mechanisms,with which methods and measures to prevent the legal risk of investment,so as to be proactive,understand the legal risk and have ways to resolve and avoid the legal risk of investment.Through careful analysis of a series of legal risks that Chinese enterprises will face,and analysis of the reasons for the formation of legal risks when they invest overseas,then put forward the methods and strategies to prevent and control the legal risks of investment,and prevent the legal risks of investment from many aspects.In this way,the quality and efficiency of investment in Chinese enterprises have been enhanced,enabling Chinese enterprises to invest freely in the countries along the "one belt and one way" strategy to maximize investment returns.To promote and assist the concept of the great initiative of "one belt and one road",we will go deep into it step by step,so as to achieve the goal of "one belt and one road".
