Research On Xi Jin-ping's Important Discourses On Youth Development

In the contemporary world,the competition in all fields of human society is,in the final analysis,the competition for talents,focusing on the younger generation,and the key lies in the young talents.To a certain extent,young talents are the future of the country,the hope of the nation,and the strategic resource for realizing national rejuvenation and winning international competition.A person,who can cultivate and attract more outstanding young talents,will be able to seize the opportunity of development and occupy an advantageous position in the increasingly competition.Standing on the strategic overall situation of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,Xi Jin-ping——the top leader of the Communist Party of China,attaches great importance to youth development and youth work.He fully expounds the major issues of what kind of talents young people become and how to grow into talents in simple and lively language,which formed Xi's important discourses on youth development with contemporary connotation,and constructed the "youth chapter" of Xi Jin-ping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.In China,how to understand from the perspective of ideology and how to practice Xi's important discourses on youth development in practice is a brand-new topic that should be seriously considered by the youth,schools,family,society and the government,because it is of great significance to lead young people to grow up and become talented,and then to strive in the new era and to realize their new dreams.Considering the above historical background and practical demands,on account of the special mission and actual development of young people,this paper analyzes the existing research results of Xi's important discourses on youth development in the domestic and international academic circles,and analyzes them from vertical and horizontal comparisons.It draws the similarities and differences,weak links and even blank areas of Xi's important discourses on youth development.Furthermore,this paper combs Xi's important discourses on youth development in an all-round way and deeply explores the main contents,forming conditions and realistic enlightenment of it.Specifically,this paper is divided into four chapters:The Chapter 1 is an introduction,which briefly introduces the background,purpose and significance of this paper,mainly reviews the research status at home and abroad,and gives a general description of the key and difficult points,innovative points,ideas and methods,core concepts and theoretical basis of this paper.The Chapter 2 is the focus of this paper.This chapter holds that Xi's important discourses on youth development is a systematic and logical scientific theory system with rich and complete contents,which mainly involves the direction,standard,path and guarantee of the development of young talents.This chapter also points out that Xi's important discourses on youth development is characterized by historical and scientific,systematic and strategic,contemporary and forward-looking features.The Chapter 3 is the highlight of this paper.This chapter puts forward that the formation of Xi's important discourses on youth development is benefited from Marxism-Leninism's thoughts on youth development,the relevant theories of the CPC'on youth development and the positive elements of Chinese excellent traditional culture on youth.What's more,This chapter holds that it also stems from Xi's growth experience,and its formation has a specific evolutionary context.The Chapter 4 is the difficulty of this paper,which makes an in-depth study of the contemporary value and realistic inspiration of Xi's important discourses on youth development.It believes that Xi's important discourses on youth development is helpful to guide the development of young people in contemporary China,to guide the work of the Communist Youth League in contemporary China,to enrich the Marxism-Leninism's t view on the youth and the CPC's thought on youth work,and to expand Xi Jin-ping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.More importantly,The Chapter 4 puts forward the implementation path of Xi's important discourses on youth development from different dimensions,such as the youth,school,family,society and government.First of all,young people should compare standards and strive for self-development;Secondly,schools should cultivate moral integrity and guide young people to become successful;Finally,the society should make concerted efforts to serve the youth.
