Research On The Development Of Youth Self-organization Of Henan Province

Along with 30 years of reform and opening-up, China is experiencing the social transition and changing the mode of economic development. It has produced the all kinds of social organizations which service the youth. Youth self-organization development is an irreversible trend in today's society, its thriving vitality is deeply rooted in the soil of social culture and network technology. According to Henan youth organization situation, it has emerged numerous professional student organizations and active young communities which was composed mainly of high school and college students, and numerous youth self-organization which have distinct themes, flexible and convenient situation mobilization, in addition to the traditional organization such as Communist Youth League,Youth Association.Youth Self-organizations produces a profound impact in leading young values, learning mode and means of obtaining employment and lifestyle, in the process of establishing harmonious society.This paper, access to lots of documents, based on the status of self-organization of youth in Henan Province, based on work practice with the Communist Youth League of Henan Province, Henan Youth Self-depth analysis of the organization pattern of the traditional youth organizations, to further clarify their development needs and capabilities building problems, how to promote the realization of the Communist Youth League and youth interaction between self-organization relationship, maintaining a harmonious society requires of its fit as a research priority order, using research and case analysis method, based on Modern organization theory, self-organization theory, to the Communist Youth League how to strengthen their capacity building, expanding network coverage of youth groups organized way, closely linked with youth self-organization and communication, maintenance of Henan, a good environment for the development of youth self-organizing some suggestions.
