Study On The Changes Of Modern Judicial Police System

The change in police agencies and their function is often associated with changes in the state’s government,and so is the Chinese judicial police system.From its origin,China’s judicial police system has gone through the ancient times from the shaoli government service system,modern Dali hospital set prosecutors to dispatch judicial police,modern continuance and innovation of the past dynasties of the republic of China and the socialist period of the People’s Republic of China.At its root,the judicial police is set up for the purpose of maintaining law enforcement and ensuring the ruling order.Contemporary judicial police system with strong continuity in modern times,but in a new round of judicial reform,supervision committee was set up,the people’s procuratorate anti corruption bureau has been revoked,against corruption and bribery,malpractice tort,three department personnel duty crime prevention,integral transference to supervision committee work,the people’s procuratorate judicial police face has no responsibility for the situation.Under the policy of "two to three years to basically solve the difficulty of execution" of the court,the judicial police of the court basically transformed into the executors,which was also different from the original responsibility.The actual work does not match the set of duties,which is the dilemma of the judicial police in both courts nowadays.The judicial police force has the situation of unstable personnel,unstable team and unclear powers.The system reform has the urgency.However,the current judicial reform does not involve the judicial police part.From the perspective of the origin of history,the judicial police of priority setting is "pc" is for the judicial police,lies in subsidies for the judicial,rather than the judicial body,the authority to ensure that the law,and must be in the armed forces of mandatory to guarantee,therefore,the judicial police set has its necessity.This paper tries to from the perspective of political history and jurisprudence,with the main institutional change time node,this paper through the nodes on the relevant facts and system analyzing,regulations,policies and so on literature material,to make a study of the causes for the next step of reform of the judicial police provide certain reference.
