With the development of China's socialist market economy,China's population development has also entered a new stage of development.Under the influence of the urban-rural dual structure, many people left the country of origin to work in cities, and the populations of the same households voluntarily initiated the formation of foreign chambers of commerce. Some non-resident populations in the city increased their own strength and volunteered to join the Chamber of Commerce as members of the Chamber of Commerce. While promoting the development of the city, the non-resident population will also bring pressure on the environment, health care, health and employment in the city.Social inclusion refers to the process in which individuals or groups of non-registered populations adapt to each other in order to obtain better political and economic social resources. The social inclusion of non-resident population is not a temporary problem, but also affects the level of local social governance.Under the role of the government to promote the participation of multiple entities in social governance, the Chamber of Commerce in different places actively plays its role and drives the non-resident population to actively participate in social governance. The functions of the foreign chambers of commerce and the government and the market are not exactly the same, and there is a mutual penetration between them.Compared with the government, the non-local chambers of commerce can adapt to market changes more flexibly and gain agile insight into market information.Compared with the market, the foreign chambers of commerce can better shape a free and fair development environment.According to the current situation, role, problems and countermeasures, this study discusses the impact of the non-resident population on the social integration of non-resident population, which is divided into six chapters. The first chapter proposes the research background and significance.Through the literature review, the related concepts, the functions of the foreign chambers of commerce and the social integration of non-resident populations clearly define the concept and scope of the non-domestic population served by the foreign chambers of commerce. Not all household registrations Anyone who can enjoy the Chamber of Commerce service, but this part of the non-resident population who joined the Chamber of Commerce is the subject of this article. The second, third, fourth and fifth chapters are the main partof this research.Firstly, the background of the investigation and the factors affecting the integration of the non-resident population of the G-town foreign merchants are introduced. The number of non-residents in Z Town of Z City is higher than that of local residents, and the local Chamber of Commerce is active in the local area and has a wide influence. It is a typical representative of the study of the social integration of non-resident populations. This study measures the dimensions of social integration of non-resident population mainly in the three dimensions of politics, economy and psychology. Therefore,it is also discussed from the three aspects that the factors affecting the social integration of non-resident populations.Secondly,it analyzes the favorable influence of the G-town foreign merchants on the social integration of the non-resident population.Corresponding to the above, from the three aspects of political, economic and psychological integration,it is found that the non-resident population has the best economic integration effect under the influence of the foreign chambers, political and psychological.Integration needs to be improved. Then it is analyzed that the influence of non-resident population in G towns is not enough. It also focuses on political, economic and psychological integration. It is found that non-resident population has low awareness of political participation, less participation channels, lower economic benefits, and “falling leaves”.Strong emotions and other integration into the predicament. Finally, this study objectively analyzes and evaluates the situation in combination with the actual situation. Finally,it proposes suggestions for the social integration of non-resident population from the perspective of the government, the foreign chambers of commerce, and the non-resident population. The innovation of this research lies in the novelty of the research object. The current research on social inclusion in China mostly starts from the whole social organization, and does not specifically locate the subject as a foreign chamber. The research on the foreign chambers of commerce is to discuss the relationship between the chamber of commerce and the government,or to participate in the study of social governance. The combination of the foreign chambers of commerce and the non-resident population has not been combined. The research in this field is almost blank. The non-local chamber of commerce mainly provides commercial services for non-resident population and promotes the economic integration of non-resident population. In recent years, with the innovation of government governance concepts,it has begun to focus on providing activities that promote political integration and psychological integration. The foreign chambers will ignore the authenticity of themembership.Only the registered population with the same name as the chamber of commerce can apply for membership, and this part of the population is also a non-registered population.Clear definition of identity is the key to improving the social inclusion of non-resident population by the Chamber of Commerce, which is innovative for the study of social inclusion of non-resident chambers and non-resident populations.
