Research On International Investment Dispute Settlement Mechanism Under "the Belt And Road" Initiative

China has promoted the development of“The Belt and Road”Initiative for 5 years,it has obtained substantial achievements.But the more economic and trade relations between countries,the more disputes between them.These dispute may involves trade,investment,resource and so on.In the face of increasing investment disputes,it needs a set of integrated except prevention to promote the development of “The Belt and Road”Initiative.However,through existing international investment dispute settlement mechanism,they are all not correspond to practical conditions of“The Belt and Road”countries more or less.If use them forcibly,it will not good to promote the development unceasingly.Therefore,establishing the mechanism is imperative.The paper clarifies the “The Belt ans Road” Initiative and the method of international investment dispute.And researches deeply the advantages and disadvantages that “The Belt and Road”countries utilize the dispute settlement mechanism in ICSID,WTO,USMCA by summing up theoretically the investment dispute settlement mechanism that still exists nationally.The paper puts forward to formulate the “The Belt and Road”International investment Dispute settlement Institution Treaty and establish specialized investment dispute settlement institution and corresponding system,it can solve the investment dispute of “The Belt and Road”countries specifically,and establish mediate corresponding system,to solve dispute quickly and efficiently and stimulate the long-term development of “The Belt and Road”Initiative.
