The Research Of Legal Protection Of Disabled People's Rights Under Human Rights Perspective Of The United Kingdom

The world has more than six hundred million disabled people,of which eighty percent of people with disabilities live in developing countries.Disabled people's human rights situation is astonishing shocked.All over the world,millions of people with disabilities are isolated by social people,and they even are deprived some of human rights which leads to their tragic marginalized life.Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in 2006 by The United Nations is a milestone in disability rights protection.Since then,the rights of disabled people is regarded as a universal human rights.The author thinks that the essence of problem of the disabled people is the issue of human rights.All aspects of security for the disabled can translate into human rights of the disabled people.Protecting the rights of persons with disabilities is a systematic project.Only by establishing perfect legal mechanism,the rights of disabled people would get more comprehensive and more effective protection.Britain is the earliest implementation of welfare state in the world.Disability rights movement is the promoter of establishment of legal protection system for the disabled people in Britain.Britain has typical significance in terms of human rights protection and welfare state assumption in the world.This paper attempts to study legal guarantee system of the disabled people in the perspective of human rights.Providing scientific advice for the legal system of our country by and analyzing various laws and regulation of the protection of disabled people.At first,this paper expounds the connotation of human rights for the disabled and the development for sports of disabled.Then introduce the legal safeguard system for the disabled of the Britain in detail form aspects such as the right of recovery,employment rights,the right to education,right of barrier free aspects.Finally,I summarize the welfare system of legal protection of the Britain,then give some advices about legal protection of our country for the disabled from the legislation,law enforcement,judicial aspects combined with China's specific national conditions.
