Firstly,we should refine the legal content from the legislative aspect and standardize the evaluation system and improve the legal system and the relief means. Secondly, From the investment of resources,we should implement individualized education and supportive environment as well as financial investment and allocation to protect the rights of disabled children.Thirdly, We should change the idea of education and gradually eliminate the discrimination.
