Research And Design Of Information Resource Directory System Based On Blockchain Technology

The government information resource directory system is an important tool for managing information resources,realizing information resources sharing and exchanging services.It is the core component of the sharing and exchanging platform for government information resources in China,and also the core part of the construction of government information information.How to build a more efficient,intelligent and secure directory system of information resources is one of the key issues in the development of E-government in China.At present,there is a contradiction between the construction of multi-level catalogues from the bottom of the directory system and the compilation of various catalogues at the same time in the actual work.It makes the business relationship between departments complicated and difficult to comb;the resource sharing and exchange service based on directory service still uses the manual audit system,and the data is not automated and intelligent.The socialization application is restricted by the slow development of physical mechanism and technology,and the data ownership is difficult to define effectively.At the same time,the current directory system platform construction technology has matured,the above problems are difficult to effectively solve under the current technical framework.In order to solve the above problems,based on block chain technology,a consensus protocol of block chain system for government information management is designed and designed.A metadata system based on Intelligent contract technology is constructed.On this basis,an information resource directory architecture based on block chain technology is proposed,and some prototype implementations are carried out.The main tasks include:(1)The architecture mode and consensus protocol algorithm of all kinds of block chain systems at home and abroad are studied,and the requirement of government information resource management is analyzed and compared.On this basis,a consensus protocol method of block chain system for government network is constructed and realized.(2)This paper studies the metadata collection system of Chinese government information resources catalogue,and constructs the methods of metadata collection,compilation,storage and release based on Intelligent contract technology,and designs and implements data intelligent sharing,intelligent transaction and intelligent confirmation of intelligence based on metadata.(3)The construction method and construction technology of Information Resources Catalogue System at home and abroad are compared and compared.The business framework of government information resource catalog system based on block chain technology is put forward,and the technical framework of government information resource catalog system based on block chain technology is designed,and the government information resource catalogue system based on block chain technology is designed.The overall architecture of the unified platform.(4)Based on the open source blockchain system,combined with the actual business of the shared exchange platform of the Beijing Information Resource Management Center,an information resource catalog prototype system based on the blockchain technology was constructed to achieve metadata collection,compilation,storage and distribution,and at the same time achieve Verify data sharing,exchange,transaction and confirmation of rights based on metadata.To sum up,this paper designs and implements a blockchain consensus mechanism for the applicable government affairs network,provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the government blockchain network,and designs and implements a metadata system based on smart contract technology.Based on this,it proposes Based on the blockchain technology,the information resources catalog system business framework,technical framework and architecture system,and its core part of the prototype implementation.
