Design And Implementation Of Government Information Resource Directory System

As a country with a large population,China has a large number of government functional departments.Departments at all levels will generate a large number of government information resources in the daily work process.The government information resources refer to the documents,materials,charts and data that are produced or obtained by government departments in the process of performing their duties,and are recorded and saved in a certain form.However,these resources are scattered across various levels of departments and isolated from each other.Staff are busy dealing with multiple systems,inefficient,and data cannot be visualized from a macro perspective.Therefore,scientific and effective unified management and maintenance of information resources is of great significance to the resource sharing,business collaboration and data opening of government information.This paper aims to design and implement a government information resource catalogue system through the analysis of the current situation of government information resources and the country’s requirements for government information resource sharing management and actual business scenarios,to solve the problem that information resources cannot be located and are difficult to share across departments.The main work includes:Investigating the theoretical basis of related business and technology,including the registration process of information resources,metadata structure,etc.,to pave the way for later work;According to the actual use of the system,determine the system requirements.Firstly,the functions of the system users are divided according to the business scenarios,and then the detailed requirements of the system are analyzed from the functional and non-functional requirement.On the basis of requirement analysis,the system is designed from the overall point of view.This part includes technical architecture,functional structure,overall process,data model and other aspects.According to the module division,the system is designed in detail from four aspects:functions,input and output items,interfaces design,and interactive interfaces.Design test cases to verify system functions and ensure availability.Summarize and look forward to the current system and the future direction of improvement.Through the implementation of the government information resource directory system,a convenient operation plan is provided for the information sharing and information positioning of the government affairs departments and the work efficiency is also improved.
