A Study On The Service Process Status Analysis And Optimized Countermeasure Of Administrative Organization

The administrative service window is an important part of the close contact between the government and the people.As a source management department of a business in a city or region,the service quality of the administrative organs affects the image of the administrative organs directly in the minds of the people.Facing with people's growing demand for administrative services,the traditional way of thinking and working mode of the administrative service has been unable to meet the current needs of the work,the administrative authorities should improve the service quality and effectiveness through optimizing service process.In this paper,a variety of research methods are employed,such as literature analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and empirical research method,by going deep into analysis and analysis of the current situation and shortcomings of the administrative service system at home and abroad,looking for the standardization path of administrative service process.Taking a vehicle administration of T in a city as a case,the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the service process of a vehicle administration in a city,analyzes and sums up the causes,and to explore a new path of administrative service process optimization.Finally,the paper puts forward scientific and feasible countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the administrative service process,in order to bring better service to the people,and optimize the administrative service process to improve the quality of service for the people.
